Tuition and Financial Policy

The Tuition and Financial Policy for each academic year is revised by the CHS Board of Directors in January and posted on the CHS website in February for the following year.  CHS uses Tuition Management Systems (TMS) for tuition payment options.

Tuition Assistance

It is the desire of the Administration and Board of Directors of Christian Heritage School to make a CHS education affordable for as many students as possible.  In that spirit, families are invited to apply for needs-based tuition assistance by completing the following steps by January 23, 2009 for Current CHS Families and by April 17, 2009 for New Families.

1. Carefully read the Tuition Assistance FAQs.

2. Complete the FAST tuition assistance application by clicking the FAST logo. FAST offers a simple, online application, with very extensive instructions. You will need access to a computer to process an application. The company charges $34 for processing. If you do not have a means of paying online, please contact the CHS Finance Office for a voucher.

3. Send a copy of your most recent Tax Return and W-2's to FAST using a pre-addressed envelope which is available in the CHS Finance Office. Your application will not be complete and ready for review by the CHS Tuition Assistance Committee until this information is received by FAST.

4. Send a letter to the Tuition Assistance Committee, c/o Mrs. Victoria Wiegand.  In this letter please explain any additional extenuating circumstances that may reflect on your family finances and indicate the amount of tuition that your family is willing to commit to paying for the school year.

NOTE:  All information is kept strictly confidential.  If you have any additional questions, please contact Mrs. Victoria Wiegand, Director of Finance, at 203.261.6230, ext. 510 or vwiegand@kingsmen.org.
