Mr. Walter Ward joined the CHS community in 2009 as the CHS Chef. Walter is employed by Flik but is such an important part of our CHS family. Prior to CHS he was the Chef at Sacred Heart University for 5 years. His culinary training includes continuing education at the Culinary Institute of America in Rye Park, NY.

Walter feels so blessed to be at CHS and to be able to work with a faculty and staff who are so supportive and he loves that everyone is on the same page as Christ followers. Walter loves the prayer service he is involved in at CHS on Fridays and he says “If you are a believer than this is the place to be!” Walter and his wife live in Waterbury and have 2 grown children.
