Robbin Wangaard has been with CHS since the fall of 1998. She is the Upper School Foreign Language Department Chair and an Upper School Spanish teacher. She previously taught Spanish in Colorado, Nebraska, and Alaska. She has taught English at CHS as well.
Robbin received a Bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University. She and her husband, David, have five children. Three sons are CHS alumni – Elias, Class of 2002, Elliott, Class of 2005, and Hector, Class of 2009.
Working at CHS has been a great experience for Robbin because CHS is a wonderful Christian school, and she loves sharing her passion for Christ and for the Spanish language with the terrific students here. She believes we are all called to be ambassadors for Christ. She prays God gives each student a love for Spanish-speaking people and a desire to share God’s love with them. She says, “Nothing is more rewarding than having students return from a mission trip excited about using their new language skills to bless others.”
