Bruce Stempien joined the Christian Heritage family in the fall of 2007. Mr. Stempien made the transition from public education after completing 32 years in school counseling and leaving his position as Director of Guidance and Computer Services Chairman at Weston High School.

Mr. Stempien's wife, Dianne, is the Upper School Registrar at CHS. He and Dianne have a daughter, Anna (CHS Class of 1999), and a son, Brian (CHS Class of 1995), who both attended Christian Heritage School from Kindergarten through graduation.
