Chris is the Upper School Bible Department Chair. Before coming to CHS in the fall of 2008, he served as the Area Director of Young Life in Licking County (OH) and then as Senior and Founding Pastor of the Vineyard Church of Knox County (OH) for five years.

Chris received a Bachelor's Degree in Math/Education from The College of Wooster (OH) and then earned a Master of Divinity degree from Ashland Theological Seminary in Ashland, OH. He also coaches the Girls' Varsity Volleyball team and the Girls' JV Basketball team at CHS. Chris and his wife, Sarah, who teaches Upper School Math at CHS, have a toddler daughter, Anna.  They are expecting the arrival of a baby brother for Anna in November.
