Phyllis Honychurch has been at CHS since the fall of 1987. She is the school nurse. Phyllis previously served as school nurse at several Trumbull and Fairfield public schools, and received a B.S. in Nursing from the University of Connecticut.

She and her husband, Doug, have two grown children, one a CHS alumnus, and six grandchildren.

“Working among and for believers is truly a wonderful experience.” Phyllis says. "Meeting young children, developing a trusting relationship early on, and then watching as they grow and mature is a real benefit to my practice as a nurse. I feel blessed to be a member of the staff at CHS.”
