Mrs. Laura Gabor joined the CHS faculty in September, 2007. She is the General Music Teacher for Kindergarten through 3rd grade and assists with the Lower School Chapels. Laura previously served as a general music teacher and band director at The Master’s School in West Simsbury, CT, for 12 years. She has also taught preschool music and the Kindermusik International music and movement program for young children.

Laura received a Bachelor’s degree in Music Education from The University of Connecticut and is a licensed certified Kindermusik educator and private flute instructor. She and her husband, Kregg, live in Monroe, CT, where Kregg is the pastor of the Monroe United Methodist Church. Kregg and Laura have one child who currently attends CHS.

Laura says, “It is a joy to be part of this Christian community and a blessing to teach your wonderful children as we share the gift of music and join in bringing glory to God. Parents are always welcome to attend our Chapels!”
