Andrea Cordone has been with CHS since the spring of 1977, which was the first year of the school. Initially she volunteered to teach art, then went on to teach Kindergarten and third grade. She is now teaching both Lower and Middle School students in the Learning Center.

Andrea received her B.S. in Education from Western CT State University and her M.A. in Early Childhood Education from Fairfield University. Andrea and husband, Angelo, have lived in Trumbull for 38 years and have two sons who graduated from CHS. Both are attorneys - Jim ’90, who is married to Sharyl Vangor ’90, lives in Trumbull, and Jonathan ’93, lives in Washington, D.C. Andrea has two grandchildren at CHS.

Working at CHS has been a blessing for Andrea, and she has enjoyed seeing the Lord’s hand at work in her family’s life and in the lives of all the CHS families over the years. Of her work in the Learning Center she says, “Teaching in the Learning Center has given me an opportunity to work individually with students who struggle with our curriculum. It is a joy and a privilege to help a student experience success.”
