Karen Charleston has been with CHS since 2002. She is the Assistant to the Director of Development. She had previously worked in the Upper School Library for six years.

Karen received a Bachelors of Business Administration from The College of William & Mary in Virginia and worked in the corporate world for nine years in the areas of finance, marketing information, and sales promotion.

She and her husband, Andrew, have three children, one a CHS graduate from the Class of 2010, and two who currently attend CHS. She especially enjoys working with the great people here at CHS.
