Mr. Naeher came to CHS in the fall of 1981 with a Bachelors Degree in Physical Education and a minor in Business Administration from The King's College. John accepted the position of Director of Athletics and taught Physical Education and Health. He went on to earn a Masters of Science in Physical Education/Health from Southern Connecticut State University. John currently serves as the Director of Student Life and Operations and is responsible for coordinating the myriad of student activities in the Upper School as well as overseeing the facilities and campus improvement projects. John and his wife, Donna, live in Seymour and have three daughters - twins Alyssa and Amanda are graduates of the CHS Class of 2006 and Abigail is in the 11th grade. John and his family attend Trinity Baptist Church in Fairfield.
