Beverly Isselee has been with CHS since 1997. She is the Upper School French teacher and also teaches English. She has previously taught Spanish as well as Lower School library classes.

She received a Bachelor of Arts from Fairfield University, on a full academic scholarship, in French, Secondary Education, and Spanish. She spent the summer of her junior year in France with a family. She then studied at Middlebury College and Fordham University where she has half of a Master's Degree in French.

Beverly and her husband, Mark, have three children. Their two daughters are CHS alumni, and their son is a current CHS student.

She has enjoyed working at CHS because she has been with her children and they have received an excellent education here. In addition, she counts it such a blessing to pray with her fellow teachers and students. She now is also enjoying attending weddings and baby showers of former students.
